Cem has 22 years of professional experience, 15 of which are in risk management and insurance advisory areas. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Risk Management Association of Türkiye (ERMATürkiye) for over 5 years. He has held the position of Board Treasurer and Legal Representative since 2024. Cem has a Bachelor’s degree from YTU Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree from Boğaziçi University Earthquake Engineering. He joined Lockton Omni as a director in 2025 and before this, he worked at Marsh international construction/infrastructure projects. He has broad experience across a wide range of sectors, including international companies and holdings, construction/infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, steel, heavy industry, automotive, white goods, glass, cement, textile and retail.
