Başak Özen graduated from Özyeğin University, Department of Industrial Engineering. She started her career at Lockton Omni Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Ltd. as a Claims Department Intern and later moved into an Claims Assistant Specialist role. She is involved in claims follow-up, reporting, and coordination between relevant stakeholders.
