After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Çıdam began her career in Istanbul, gaining legal experience atlaw firms before moving to insurance sector. She worked as claims handler andlater as a Senior Claims Handler at a leading insurance company. Çıdam joined Lockton Omni in September 2025 as a Broker, bringing strong communicationskills, international experience, and hands-on claims experience. She holds anLL.B in Law from Beykent University as well as an active member of WISTATurkey.
