İlayda, with her degree from Business Administration at Marmara University, gained her first work experience as an Assistant Specialist in the Human Resources Department of Nart Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage. After gaining experience for more than 2 years, İlayda joined the Lockton Omni family as a Human Resources Specialist in January 2024.
