Melike, who graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Laboratory and Veterinary Health and Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics, started her career as a sales representative at Allianz Insurance Ankara Regional Directorate in 2007. As of 2011, Melike, who was both the co-founder and manager at Anka Dora Insurance Agency at the time, left Anka Dora and joined the Lockton Omni family in 2024.
