After graduating from Maltepe University, Computerized Accounting department in 2004, Arzu started her career in the IT sector in 2005. As of 2009, she worked in insurance agencies including her position as Accounting and Finance Manager at Tanyıldızı Sigorta. Arzu joined the Lockton Omni family as of June 2023.
