Merve has a bachelor's degree from ITU Civil Engineering and started her career at Mapfre. Afterwards, she held various positions at Enerjisa, JLT Group and Aon. Merve joined Lockton Omni team as of November 2023 with her 13 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance industry.
