Ece completed her Bachelor's degree in Insurance at Başkent University. During her undergraduate studies, she supported her education with internships at Ethica Insurance, Axa Insurance, and Nasco RE in (Paris). She also had a 6-month work experience in Corporate Operations at Sompo. She has language training and certification from the UK. Since March 2026, Ece has been working as a broker assistant in Lockton Omni’s corporate risks placement team.
